I have read that cucumbers, zucchini and Apple's are dip in a wax that contains gluten , is this true? I honestly think Apple's and cucumbers bother me was wondering if you peel them are they safe again? If you remove the wax like it says online will they be safe? Or you should grow your own? I have apple trees I planted last year so will eventually have fruit . Also I think apple sauce bothers me does any one else has stomach aches after apple sauce? It was Mott's . Would apple sauce be safe if I made it from my apples ? And at the farmers markets do I have to ask each farmer if they dip the cucumbers, zucchini, Apple's in wax?

There could be wax derived from gluten.  But the odds of the fruit and veggies that use gluten is probably pretty rare.    Just wash your fruit or peel.  Try buying organic or growing your own.

You might be reacting to the fructose in the fruit.  Cucumbers and zucchini are technically fruit, but most think of them as veggies.   Your gut may still be healing and some foods might be hard to digest.

At this point I think it is not related to gluten but damaged gut and food intolerance or sensitivities. Normally the wax is corn derived around here. The processed sauce "motts" would have been free of any wax, and made from fresh apples. This shows your issue is with apples, from here it could be just the apples themselves (hey I get sick from odd foods including peanuts, soy, iceberg lettuce, one point even olives and sesame used to make me sick) or it could be a fructose issue.
This same logic with food intolerances/sensitivities applies to all foods. You probably noticed many of us have a list we made in our profiles with our personal issues. It can resolve with healing but for now keep a food diary, if a food makes you feel bad remove it and try it again in 6 months. Point is if you have celiac it damaged your intestines and until they heal you are going to have issues.

You may be developing other allergies. I am now allergic to tomato, since i was 32. Seem to now be developing a problem with cucumbers as well. I didn't know I was living with gluten problems for most of my life, which apparently causes leaky gut, which can cause sensitivity or latent allergies to other foods that get absorbed without being properly broken down in the intestine.

Supermarket apples are dipped in wax to make them shiny but I don't know that the wax contains gluten. I do not know if the other veggies you mention are dipped in wax. I have never heard that.

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
