Facial Gel

I had a facial tonight and some of the cleansers and gels they used on my face got onto my lips, not knowing if they were gluten free I used what I had to wipe my lips which was water and the inside of my shirt.  I was diligent on not licking my lips and trying to keep lips closed all the way home where I washed my face and lips with my Gluten-Free face wash and proceeded to take a digestive ensyme and activated charcoal just in case.  I am now in freak out mode as I have not receieved a response and not sure if the products were gluten free. Do you think I could be glutened from this?

Probably not.  Not many products actually contain gluten.

Hi, I'm new, thank you for accepting me and I apologize if this has been asked before.  I didn't realize till recently that Celiac disease affects your teeth and gums, I have always had weak teeth and bad gums. And for going on 3 months now, I have been having such severe, throbbing, burning pain in my mouth, teeth and tongue. I have spent most of the time curled up in a ball, sobbing with ice packs on my face. It's only the left side. I have been treated for sinus infections and thrush. I had a canker sore on the roof of my mouth, my tongue was coated and I had the crusty stuff in the corners of my mouth. No one knows what it is, or how to cure it. Anyone else have this?

Yes, @trents is right, ascorbic acid can be irritating.  Do you take it with food? Do you take other supplements or vitamins? Do you eat processed meats?   Is your diet high in carbohydrates?

Be careful with C supplementation. It's ascorbic "acid". Too much can cause stomach and gut irritation.
