Maybe its a silly question :) but if you have taken the multis from Freeda--how big are the tablets? I hate swallowing pills and don't want to order their multis if they are flippin' huge! Thanks :)

Jenvan - I bought them online from the company when i first found out i had celiac. they make my stomach a little uneasy because they have such high levels of a couple of things in them...i got the one a day kind. i think they're probably great but i prefer to stick with centrum...(and they're rather big - they make your pee super yellow too because they have lots of vitamin B in them :D )

Mike and I use the Multi Vitamins (Freeda) and I do not like large sized pills either. THe freeda aren't too bad, I can get it down without choking.

With a lot of pills, I wish they'd make them smaller and I'd take 2 at a time instead of one big one. I frustrates me and I think of the elderly, a lot of them cannot take large pills (esp. women) and they would benefit from vitamins. (Case in point is my mother in law). So because the pills are too hard to swallow, they don't take vitamins.

Thanks for the input... I did notice Freeda has their "tiny" size vitamin...I could pop a couple of those a day. Maybe I'll see how "tiny" they are! I do like the liquid vitamins...had one I loved, but couldn't trust it was gluten-free. Tried GNC's liquid multi--I thought the taste was so rancid, I literally felt nauseated every morning I took them. Deb--You take the regular multi?

Thought I'd answer my post in case anyone else ever had the question. I did get Freeda's max vitamin and mineral-Quintabs-M, and the pills are not large at all. They have a bit of a football shape to them and are easy to swallow---woo hoo!

Thanks for the list too makes me realise why I still get symptoms after cutting gluten , all that reading has just made sense to why I'm still struggling , thankyou Scott Adams very insightful , I've been baking to and there is xanthum gum in the flour , I understand now why I still have issues with that too, and ive had to cut dairy also , i had a terrible flare few months ago and my throat also was very irritable and I had sinuses issues all makes sence 👍

Thankyou yes I read up on it beforehand , because or my trapped nerve when I have a bowel flare up it's impossible to keep still  which I will have to do for the MRI ,and it's so painful , and I know if this is what I'm thinking it to be it will cause me terrible issues , sometimes I get to the point where I just want to diagnose myself and act accordingly, because I've been at this year's , and I clearly have all the symptoms , it's so frustrating when you have all this going in and still feel no further ahead 😳
