Yesterday was my daughter's second birthday. I made gluten free cupcakes and took them to our evening Bible study to share. When we got there, the pastor's wife had a table set up with popcorn, rice cracker snacks, and chocolate kisses. The one small plate of regular cookies was pushed to the back of the table where little fingers couldn't help themselves.

The cupcakes were a big hit, especially with the pastor. The baby's favorite was the chocolate. Figures.

The pastor's wife has always kept a box of gluten free treets in the nursery, too. And she made gluten free cookies special for my daughter at Christmass. It's great to have such a good supporter outside of your own household!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
