Hi, I am sorry if this was already asked. Could someone direct me to the info if it has been?

I loved a gluten free blog by Amy Green. It was called SimplySugarandGlutenFree. I believe the name of the url also changed however neither link works anymore. There were amazing bread recipes among other things and really good gluten free flour mixes. I regret not printing them :(

Does anyone know what happened to the blog/website(will it be coming back?). I do have Amy Green's book and her Basic Flour Mix recipe and the "Perfect Bread" recipe...I think that is its name. Unfortunately the book does not have the bread recipes. I looked at the WayBack Machine. It had some screenshots but I could not reach the recipes that way.

Thank you!!!

Thank you Scott! I will give that a try!

Ok, you would likely need to search by the URL, so if it is www.SimplySugarandGlutenFree.com that is what you would search.

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

I'm not in any clinical trials, can I ask why you are so focused on this particular one? There are now several celiac disease potential treatment drugs undergoing clinical trials.

I did well on gluten-free, but continued to have issues a year down the road.  Testing for food allergies and sensitivities revealed severe IgE allergies to yeast and dairy as well as food sensitivities to 23 other foods.  I got better after taking out those foods, but it was not until the doctor recommended I go completely grain free did all my issues resolve.  No oats, corn, rice etc. for me for the past 10 years or so.  I am actually better at 72 than I was in my 40's!
