It is safe for celiacs.  I use that very brand.  Transitioning to a higher fat diet could be an issue for anyone.  Or you could have an intolerance to avocados.  Are you okay with avocados?

I use avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, butter, and lard but I have been on a higher fat diet for years.

Not sure what brand avocado oil I have but I got it at Chinamart.  Never had a problem with it.  Vinegar is generally safe if it is apple cider vinegar.  Balsamic vinegar can sometimes be a problem though.  Mustard has vinegar in it but I never got sick from vinegar in mustard.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
