I have not been able to find any high fiber CF cereal and i am not sure if there even is any. My husb needs the fiber due to Diviticulosis and used to eat Raisan brand every day. So, has any one found a high fiber cereal that is Gluten Free??

The Enjoy Life brand has a few granola type cereals that have the highest fiber content I have seen in a gluten free cereal (I don't have a box on me right now, but there are several grams of fiber per serving). He might want to give those a try.

I second this idea-- some people dont like these, but i really like the cinnamon crunch flavor w/ soymilk (you can use any milk of course) or yogurt. Its not cereal, its granola, but i think its great. Depending which flavor you choose, it has 6 or 7g of fiber. Sometimes i even add flaxmeal for additional fiber

Or have him try Open Original Shared Link (one of many places you can find them. These bars have 14 grams of fiber and are actually quite good. I have to keep my 15 yeard old out of my stash. :)

I'm holding the Enjoy Life Very Berry Crunch Granola box and it lists 6g for fiber. And it's tasty.

Bob's Red Mill makes a "Hot Rice" Cereal (kinda has the texture of grits) -- anyway, I put fruit and cinnamon with it -- yum yum...Nice in the winter and a good source of fiber.

hot cereals that are multigrain can be higher in fiber, and Nutty Rice is pretty good. you can add a banana to get a bit more fiber, or sprinkle on some flax meal too.

Thanks for the list too makes me realise why I still get symptoms after cutting gluten , all that reading has just made sense to why I'm still struggling , thankyou Scott Adams very insightful , I've been baking to and there is xanthum gum in the flour , I understand now why I still have issues with that too, and ive had to cut dairy also , i had a terrible flare few months ago and my throat also was very irritable and I had sinuses issues all makes sence 👍
