Freeze dried gluten-free foods

My daughter has Celiac disease and has been spending a semester abroad in Germany.  To help her out, we found a very good selection of freeze dried gluten-free foods at places like REI and EMS.  They have been a lifesaver for her when taking day trips or airline trips.  All that is needed is some hot water and utensils, and safety and nutrition are assured.

This is a great idea because they always have hot water on flights. I usually bring my own food on planes.

Found these options if you want to look stuff up, I think this was brought up a few years ago. The "Instant Ramen Cup" concept of taking measured amounts of freeze dried meats and veggies putting in a cup and adding hot water to make instant soups/stews etc. Few companies have chilis, Beef bowls, etc already packed, here are some ideas. Thrivelife has freeze dried snack packs, and meals at the end of their list. Also Harvest Right makes freeze dryers (a bit expensive) so you can actually make full on meals and freeze dry them for later use. >.< I have been entering every give away they do hoping to win one to preserve veggies and meats, etc for this concept.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
