This year i found out im a celiac but i found it really hard to accept, it makes me sad thinking on all the food i can’t eat. I don’t know how to deal with it, i just get mad cause i can’t just go out and eat wherever i want, cause where i live there are no many gluten free places... i don’t know, how did you learned to accept it and live with it?

I was the same, and taking chances with eating out, trusting others, etc often bit me in the butt and left me sick. I was a stubborn and started looking up and experimenting with ways to make everything I wanted gluten free, and safe for me. Funny it ended up turning into a gluten free baking side business that later evolved into me running a paleo based catering company providing gluten free and paleo based meals lol.

Live with it, accept it....I feel like a alien sometimes (seriously watching others eat gluten/foods I can not eat is like watching another creature eat rat poison and drinking antifreeze) but I also can not have corn, dairy, carbs etc. I just accept I am different and have to make my own of everything...I will admit it still gets emotional around holidays. But alas I get by year after year and just invite others over and share real food made paleo with love and care. I can give you whole list of  foods I made the past month and it is not all that different from regular people I just change the ingredients. >.< but most foods/meals can be made gluten free easy, the real challenge comes in my case of making stuff without corn, dairy or carbs....you would not believe some of the things I have done making tamales, tortillas, nachos, breads, and baked goods..

Eating out, there is no longer a place in my hometown I trust, the 2 I did closed/changed methods. I instead make it a treat every now and then and drive the 100+ mile round trip to the city and eat at a dedicated gluten free place owned by people with celiac in the family. I will admit the convenience of going to jack in the box and get a breakfast sandwich or ciabatta burger is annoying...but I am eating healthier and can make most things at home and know whats in them and know it is safe.

I have full LIST of foods in a gluten free version...the old list is a bit out of date but have fun browsing...there is gluten free everything. https://www.celiac.com/forums/topic/124490-gluten-free-food-alternative-list-2019-q3/

Interesting, when I suffered for a few months with ectopics I noticed that carbohydrates would cause indigestion and bloating in my stomach, then that would lead to my heart skipping beats, and I could feel it in my throat, it was very unsettling.  My last serious bout of this was after eating a Muller Rice Pudding for breakfast.   I happened to be wearing a 48 hour halter at the time and cardiology picked it up, but they weren't worried about what they saw. There was some British doctor who'd made some videos on the Vagus nerve that I remember watching at the time which made sense of what I was experiencing, there did seem to be some sort of connection.

I asked my cardiologist about stopping vitamins.  He said his tests account for all detectable vitamins from sources other than food.  I only need to stop them for a couple of days.  He has me keep records of meds and vitamins I've ingested over the past 10 days and prior and he does his calculations.

Reply to treats I try and eat to bring up the glucose. Sometime I get up 3 times a night and eat something. I don't think food is the issue. A lot of the food they say should help doesn't.  Many mornings my level is 59 and I feel sick, sometimes for hours. It has been recommended I go to an Endocrinologist.
