This one I have always liked as wel. My complaint with all gluten free breads aside from taste, texture and cost , is the once opened you have like 5 days to use it.

This is not my experience at all. I refrigerate or freeze all my gluten free breads. Is that what you are doing?

Also, yes a diet full of processed gluten free foods (especially ultra processed) is not good for anyone. That's why it's best to emphasize whole vegetables, fruits, and meats, and limit breads, crackers, chips, etc. There's a gluten free bakery in my neighborhood. Their breads are terribly unhealthy! I do think oftentimes sugar and salt are added to make up for or disguise the different "mouth feel" of gluten-free options.

My bread options are not endless. My go-to was Canyon, but their price is now about $1.50 more than Udi's, so now I have to eat Udi's.

But - has anyone checked out the size of their pieces of bread lately? Man, are they getting stingier.

Hello

i found a very good white bread at Aldi’s big slices for me it’s a plus BLT sandwich yes. I live in R.I. So I know it’s different at other places to find what you like it’s an adjustment for sure. And I’ve also noticed for myself it’s a matter of time .I tried glutinous English muffins there okay not great but I’m used to it now. Let’s face it it’s trial an error all our taste buds are different.

Did you mean "Glutino's"? Glutinous would mean it has gluten in it.

Thought was finished with this but a friend just sent email saying she takes Tirosin liquid levothyroxine which has no fillers (mentioned by Pgetha above).  Friend's doc sends script to one of Tirosin's direct-mail pharmacies.  Looking that up, government insurance (Medicare/Medicaid) doesn't cover (as Pgetha wrote above).  But if use one of their direct-mail places three month supply is $57/month.  Researching that, happened to learn Yaral also makes a generic gluten-free levothyroxine.

Lysine is helpful for "cold sores" (oral herpes).

As a life.long celiac, I understand this.  I simply ask that the medical profession stop disregarding the fact that it should remain a concern for some. It cost me a lot of medical discomforts.

@dmallbee, about 8% of celiacs react to the oat protein avenin like they do to the wheat protein gluten. In addition, there are some cultivars of oats that apparently do actually contain gluten.
