Hi Lister--My guess would be that the dressing may be too spicy for you right now. There are a lot of ingredients in there that can irritate an already sensitive stomach. Although a little more complicated, could you try just olive oil, cider vinegar, salt and pepper? Something simpler like that might be easier on your system right now.

I have to say I love your Stewie avatar! :D

No CC is not common among Kraft products, and we use alot of Kraft products. Youve stated you work with gluten all day long, you very well could be the CC problem. Could be bringing it ohome from work on your cloths, hair, etc.

CC is always possible with all prodcuts, but given the amount troulbe your having I would be looking for somthing more broad as you problem.

yeah im looking into probably getten a new job. Its just thats alot of stress to throw onto myself right now. I think i should wait until i am feeling slightly better and have some of my doctor bills caught up. I have job security at my current job and i like that i never have to worry about getten fired or anything. Im scared that i may swich jobs and then something will happen and i will loose my apartment or something

Hello, I was very stick,  with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel.  Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change?  What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?

Eating out in general is full of risks, but this article may help:

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
