yes they are trustworthy, they only make gluten-free products. I use them all the time with NO problems.

alright cool,

i feel so special, this kid i barely know (known for 1 day) but is online friends with my girlfriend came down to stay with us for the week, after finding out i was celiac, him and my girlfriend went out and got me lots of things i cant usualy afford to get like bread substitus and cookie mixs and what not and are going to be cooking me stuff to eat :).. i have to pretend like its a surprise though(not my fault that they hide things in places i go to on a dialy basis

When I was still eating grains, this was my favorite of all the mixes! They are great :D

This company is great. It is so nice to have a pizza that tastes like pizza that I would kiss the company founder if I could find him or her :D Their French Bread mix makes a great pizza crust it is a bit difficult to spread but once it is we let it rise and hour and it makes a deep dish crust that is actually worth eating. I also spread out some little circles and use them as a pita pocket, something I missed a lot and that I haven't been able to find. Aren't freinds wonderful! Yours are keepers.

Hello, I was very stick,  with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel.  Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change?  What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?

Eating out in general is full of risks, but this article may help:

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
