Welp you hear about these offers all the time "FILL OUT THIS FORM AND GET FREE STUFF" and almost always they are a big scam, not this time!

Couple months ago I filled out a form cause it came from a reputilbe source and did not ask any personal info or money. And if you filled it out you get this Free Seneso Single Serve Coffee Machine ($60 in most stores). They idea is they give you a free machine and you brag about the machine to 10 ppl... well with what 7000 registered members here, Im doing my part

Its realy a neat idea, you get these "pods" which are coffee pre packed in a filter, like a tea bag, and you load them in the machine and press a button. Less then a min later you have a perfectly brewed (by thier standards) fresh cup of coffee. Works well, and the nice thing is if you like to change falvors/bean types/etc between cups you do not get any corssing of the flavors.

To get one free, with no purchase/credit card/etc needed fill out this form:

Used my a few times now, and it does whats advertised. Not as fancy as the more expensive models.. but its FREE!

This is 100% legit, I know 1/2 dozen poeple that personaly got one.

OOH! Almost forgot to mention, the free coffee samples that come with it SUCK. :D

They are best used as fertilizer in your tomateo patch. :D

Check this link for a list of places that give free samples of coffee you can use and sell stuff worth drinking:

Wow--thanks for letting everyone know.

I bought a SS Melitta for my husband a couple years ago at Christmas. He loves it!

The only thing I do not like about it after using it daily for a while is that you cant pick temp or water amounts. The temp/pressure is fixed and you can do either 4oz or 8oz of water. The more expensive machine let you have at more contorl... but its free! And free is my kind of price! :D

Thanks! I filled out the questionnaire.

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
