I was just told the other day about a product called mona vie. It is supposed to be a healing drink made from some different fruits and this acai berry from the rainforest. You are supposed to take two oz. morn. and two oz. at night. It was found to have natural phytonutrients that helps heal anything in your body inflammation, a hangover and especially GI symptoms. I don't know about this, if it some scheme or something, but I guess it really is su[pposed to be a natural cure-all- the only downside is the price. It comes in a wine bottle and is $40 per bottle.

the latest 'magic bottle'. it's not going to be some magic anything, and you can get antioxidants from smart choices in your fruits and vegetables. sure, acai is high in antioxidants, but you don't have to pay oodles of money to get a good dose of antioxidants.

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
