Our costo carries the Enviro Kids cereal (the outside box does not say gluten free but all the boxes inside do... they were nice and let me open it up to double check!)

Their Canned Chicken is Gluten free and our store has a big box of Lara bars (I love these!)

hope this helps!

Our costco also carries the cereal. My favorite thing to grab at costco is a big bag of almonds! I love them! I also saw Amy's frozen dinners at costco, but I don't get those anymore since getting sick. I'm trying to think but can't remember anything else...lol sorry :)

I wish our Costco carried the cereals! I keep checking, but never see them on the shelves. :(

I do like buying Kozy Shack rice pudding (individual servings) there though. :)

Our costco had the cereal but doesn't have it anymore. I buy velveeta cheese, canned fruit, fresh fruit, applesauce, mission tortilla chips, fresh meat, refried beans, salsa, parmesean cheese, reg cheese, milk, swiss miss hot coco, juice, corn tortillas etc. They have a salsa in the fresh dips section that says gluten free on the package, and my fav, they carry Paradise Valley all natural creamy mashed potatoes. They are instant potatoes and very good. I emailed the manufacturer and they responded saying their product is gluten free and made in a gluten free facility because they only process potatoes! Love these potatoes! I also get a box of starburst now and then, lol. I buy nuts there also.

They have some gluten-free Hans Chicken Sausages that are mighty tasty ;)

I bought a big box of Pacific chicken broth there.

Ok, maybe not yummy, but the Kirkland vitamins say gluten free on them - I get all my vitamins there (multi, calcium, Vit. E, flaxseed oil...).

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.

I hope you are on the mend soon. About 1 in 5 people who contracted chicken pox as a child go on to develop shingles in later life - it is not uncommon. There are 5 known members of the herpes virus family including chicken pox that commonly infect humans, and they all cause lifelong infections. The exact cause of viral reactivation as in the case of shingles or cold sores is not well understood, but stress, sunburn and radiotherapy treatment are known triggers. Some of the herpes viruses are implicated in triggering autoimmune diseases: Epstein-Barr virus is suspected of triggering multiple sclerosis and lupus, and there is a case where it is suspected of triggering coeliac disease. As to whether coeliac disease can increase the likelihood of viral reactivation, there have been several cohort studies including a large one in Sweden suggesting that coeliac disease is associated with a moderate increase in the likelihood of developing shingles in people over the age of 50. US 2024 - Increased Risk of Herpes Zoster Infection in Patients with Celiac Disease 50 Years Old and Older Sweden 2018 - Increased risk of herpes zoster in patients with coeliac disease - nationwide cohort study

BFree bread is fortified with vitamins and minerals as is ASDA own-brand gluten-free bread. All the M&S bread seems to be fortified also.
