And perhaps the wiser one!

That's great Jerry and isn't it wonderful to help another feel better. I'm happy he listened to you and without a diagnosis too. My sister told me to go gluten free and I thank God she did.

Just got another email from him...

I feel great! I think its time to tell mom

:P You crack me up!

Seriously--great news! I'm glad it's working so well for you and your brother.

Yenni Enthusiast

Haha! Great that he decided to try it even if being skeptical. I am trying to get my mom to try it, but she wont.

Out of curiosity; how tall is considered short stature? Anyone know?

Rusla Enthusiast

Well the other way you could have convinced your brother Jerry, would have been to tell him that only Celiacs look young for their age, and are incredibly hot.

I am the good looking one.

Yeah, but who's older?

Ha, ha! 2 skeptics into believers! It is amazing how many minds this diet can change.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

Anyone experimented with Taurine supplementation either via electrolyte powders or otherwise? Thanks

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
