 Boy that put a smile on MY face...sorry. I had one who would crawl into the crib and the other, an army of twelve could not keep her in the crib. I feel your pain.

Maybe, bribing may help. Take a nap and go to sleep and when you wake up we can ....go to the park and play.

Good luck

I had two monkeys myself and couldn't help but smile.

We used to make sure they had a book in their crib or a quiet toy, with the sides down when they went down to nap. We childproofed the room real good and put a hook and eye lock on the outside of the door. They were told that they could read or play if they woke up and that Mommy or Daddy would get them when they were done with their rest.

It was not unusual for a bit to find my DD napping in a drawer or in all her clothes in a nest on the floor at the end of nap time but it did seem to work for us.

Also if you have a nap time routine it helps. An hour or so before nap time get her prepared by spending some quiet time reading or just hugging and watching a quiet TV show or listening to music. After a bit she will associate whatever quiet activity you do with a soon to come rest time. It helps a great deal also to try and make sure you keep to a consistant schedule if you don't already.

I hope you get some rest soon and I have to say I sure do miss those days. Even the screaming tantrums.

I know some moms who have used a crib "tent". It's meant to keep cats out when the child is an infant, but works to keep kids in, too. Can also try a gate across the door, (may not work if can climb that too). A sleeping bag on the floor, or special arrangement may help. Hope things are better soon!

yeesh! I havent even thought about that possiblitiy yet. I am having a case of the terrible twos but no climbing out of crib.. once he is in, he will eventually fall asleep, we have him on a rigid schedule to get up every morning at 730, he now wakes up before 7!!! Mommy wanted a bit more sleep, that is when we have the room baby proofed, put elmo on the dvd player and mommy gets another 45 minutes!! so promptly around 1130-12 the kid is ready to pass out!! he wont sleep at the sitters yet though, we still have to work on that.. but he is at least doing it here!

I hope you can get a solution soon! I feel your pain!!

Was the card itself lost or just the record or both?

We were flabergasted that the owner would not acknowledge a $50 e-gift card I purchased for my celiac wife. My wife tried to open it in the store and was informed there had been a system change and they could not find the record. No worries, she was told, just talk to management. Six months later, and numerous absurd back and forths, and the owner literally informs me there have been "bad actors", so she can't make good on this lost gift card. In other words, she accused me of lying and committing fraud... over $50! Please be careful with your orders and purchases here.

Yes, some people do get withdrawal from gluten but gluten withdrawal doesn't usually cause gut pain. Maybe more like general body aches and discomfort. We have articles on gluten withdrawal on this forum. You might do a search for them. Applesauce is very acidic and some brands have added vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which makes them more acidic. This can damage the stomach lining if you eat it too often. Especially if your stomach lining is already compromised. Ibuprofen inhibits the body's ability to rebuild the stomach's protective mucosal lining. That's why it can cause peptic ulcers. As strange as it may sound, low level irritation/inflammation stimulates the body to rebuild the stomach lining. There are two steps in this rebuilding process known as COX 1 and COX 2. Ibuprofen represses both COX 1 and COX 2. Celecoxcib, a prescription anti inflammatory, inhibits only COX 2, making it less likely to cause damage to the gut lining.

Do you or anyone know alot about ibuprofen  I wasn't sure if I was eating too much apple sauce.   Something is making my pain so much worse  I'm referring to the intense pins and needles in my feet and lower legs.  Jaw actually has tardive dystonia and muscle spasms throughout my back Almost like an opposite effect that a pain reliever would do. I'm fairly new to this. Whatever is going on seems to be worsening  Do people get a withdrawal effect from gluten?  It's extremely painful 😖  I'll post that question or research on the site  Thank you everyone for responding
