I Lost A Friend Last Weekend

Recommended Posts

I knew this girl since we were teenagers. When she was 8, she had a cancerous brain tumor. She beat the cancer, but she never grew again. So she was the size of an 8 yr old. My dh grew up w/ her family. We found out yesterday that she died in a car accident over the weekend. I don't know much, but from what I have heard, the accident wasn't very bad, but because of her poor general health, she didn't make it. I feel so bad for her family. Her father has also been suffering from Parkinsons for the last few years. She lived with her parents, and she was so loved by all her siblings and neices and nephews. She was so kind and just a wonderful person to be around. It is so sad that she was taken away so early in her life. We are about to leave for her funeral.

Please pray for her family and close friends. She will be horribly missed by everyone who knew her.

I've very sorry--I'll say a prayer for the family, and you, too.
