Click on "my controls" and on the left towwards the botton you click "edit avatar" then there's a box that says "browse" to the right of "upload an image from your computer", click it and it'll connect to your computer then you click on the picture you want and then when you're done click "update avatar". This is the simplified version. I left out a few steps and the first time you set it up there might be a different button to click other than "edit" and "update" but hopefully this will get you going in the right direction.

I just realized that you may be trying to put a picture in a different location than the one I addressed. That I don't know how to do or if it can be done. Maybe someone else can help.

You click on 'My Controls' above. Then you find on the left "Change Personal Photo" and click on that. You go to 'browse', find the one on your computer you want (you may have to resize it first), click on 'Upload Photo', and you are done.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
