Taco Seasoning And Potato Flakes

I am trying some new recipes and need gluten free taco seasong, gluten-free instant mashed potatoes, oh and gluten-free soy sauce. If anyone could let me know the brands they use, that would be great!

McCormick taco seasoning and LaChoy soy sauce or San J tamari (make sure you get the gluten-free one; they also make some with wheat). Don't used instant mashed potatoes so can't tell you on that.

Idahoan and Kroger potato flakes are gluten-free. We use the Kroger brand because they are so much cheaper. Don't know about the taco seasoning since we make ours from scratch. I can't have soy anymore because it triggers the neurological symptoms, but we used LaChoy when I could.

Williams Taco Seasoning and Chili Seasoning are gluten-free. Enjoy! I use the San J Soy Sauce (wheat free version).

Spice Hunter makes a very good gluten-free Fajita Seasoning which I use for tacos.

Does anyone know about Ortega and Old El Paso? I can't seem to find info on these two. Thanks for the info given so far. I have tried McCormick but we didn't like it as well.

old el paso lists wheat ingredients on the label. not sure about ortega.

i make my own taco seasoning with a can of tomato sauce and chili powder, cumin, garlic poweder and salt. its delicious and easy.
