Awesome Barbeque Ribs

My hubby made us some awesome gluten free ribs yesterday so thought I would share what he did!

2 racks of baby back ribs

1/3 cup of mcCormicks Grill Mates Barbeque

1 bottle of Bard's Tale Gluten free Beer (you can use any kind of G.F. Beer or no beer if you don't drink or like flavor of beer)

Sweet Baby Rays (or your favorite barb sauce)

First he removed the casing on the back side of ribs. Poured bottle of beer in a large jelly roll pan. Added the ribs on top and sprinkled the mcCormick's on top of ribs. Covered tightly in foil and baked in the oven at 200 degrees for 4 1/2 hours (up to 6 hours depending on size of ribs I bought small ones). Next he lightly coated sweet baby rays on the ribs and grilled on the grill medium heat for 15 minutes. These ribs fell off the bone and were very yummy!

      Hi. So sorry to hear about your shingles. There is a lidocaine cream that you can get at Walmart that will help numb the pain. That's what I used for mine. It can't be put near your eyes or in your ears. I hope your doctor gave you valacyclovir which is an antiviral. It does lessen the symptoms. If it is in your eyes, see an ophthalmologist. If it is in your eyes,  see an ophthalmologist.  They have an antiviral eye drop that can be prescribed.  Shingles in the eye could cause blindness.  I was unsure whether you have celiac or not.  If you do,  follow the diet.  I believe that extra stress on your body does affect everything. Shingles can recur. If you start getting the warning signs of nerves tingling,  see the dr and start taking the valacyclovir to prevent a breakout. If I sound technical,  I am a retired pharmacist.

This second opinion could provide a clearer risk-benefit analysis, helping you decide if addressing the cosmetic concern of the lower teeth is worth the potential risks for your daughter, especially if they are not currently affecting function or her confidence.

      It's strange because I'm pretty sure not too long ago I picked up a loaf of bread with B vitamins, but I can't find a single one now.  Probably cutbacks, everyone's trying to save money now!

      Eating grains typically depletes certain B vitamins, so I'm not sure why they decided to fortify with calcium and iron, but hopefully we'll see more B vitamin fortification in gluten-free products going forward.
