I am sorry for that very unpleasant, and emotionally isolating reminder of your medical condition. Which always is exacerbated by the hunger. Diagnosed gluten allergy but not Celiac

@Viv Hesketh, at least in some places in England there are stipends for those officially diagnosed with celiac disease. But I think it may depend on postal codes. Perhaps our Brit moderator, Cristiana, can elaborate for you.- brain damage
