Does anyone know of hot teas that are acceptable for both pregnancy and celiac disease. I am not a coffe drinker, but I do like a cup of tea. And I always drink caffine free!!

Thanks a bunch!

Celestial Seasonings marks on the box whether or not they are gluten-free. I love their Original Indian Spice, Tummy Mint, Sleepytime, and Peach tea. There is alot to choose from. :D I think that they are caffeine free as well...my mom doesn't drink caffeinated stuff either very much. I'm not sure about the Pregnancy thing but I know they are safe from the Celiac side of things. :D

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
