Enterolab Results-please Help

This site has been a welath of information with so many peolple willing to help. I'm relatively new to the site and I finally tested with Enterolab. I would sure appreciate any help in interpreting the results, especially the DNA testing.

Here are my lab results:

A) Gluten Sensitivity Stool and Gene Panel Complete *Best test/best value

Fecal Antigliadin IgA 14 (Normal Range <10 Units)

Fecal Antitissue Transglutaminase IgA 7 Units (Normal Range <10 Units)

Quantitative Microscopic Fecal Fat Score 641 Units (Normal Range <300 Units)

Fecal anti-casein (cow's milk) IgA antibody 7 Units (Normal Range <10 Units)

HLA-DQB1 Molecular analysis, Allele 1 0302

HLA-DQB1 Molecular analysis, Allele 2 0202

Serologic equivalent: HLA-DQ 3,2 (Subtype 8,2)

I'll have to leave the 3 subtype 8 gene for someone else to speak to, as I can't remember. But the 0202 is a DQ2 gene, but not the one strongly associated with celiac which is 0201.

The ttg is negative but IGA is positive with positive and significant malabsorption.

Casein is negative which is good news re milk.

Malabsorption can have many causes but along with the positive IgA, I'd say there is a clear gluten problem.

Dq3 suptype 8 means DQ8, the other official celiac gene.

DQ3 has 3 subtyes, namely 7, 8 and 9, and they are very very similar.

Also with the casein coming in at 7, I wouldnt be surprised if it wouldnt help to cut it out along with gluten for at least a few months.

      I'm not saying that some celiacs won't need it, but it should be done under a doctor's supervision because it can cause lots of problems in some people.

      I also noticed I get debilitating migraines when I smell gluten, wheat and its not taken seriously when it affects one in every way.Im still begging to properly be heard.I also noticed tolerance level is down the drain with age and life changes. I have been told by incompetent medical that im not celiac or that sensitive. Diagnosed in 1994 by gi biopsy gluten-free ever since along with other lovely food allergies. Prayers

      trents:  Why some can tolerate european bread but not american bread.     I take 600 mcg a day.  Right in the middle of the safe range.   Groups at Risk of Iodine Inadequacy Though though the NIH does not specifically list Celiac Disease in this group, they state: "Iodide is quickly and almost completely absorbed in the stomach and duodenum. Iodate is reduced in the gastrointestinal tract and absorbed as iodide [2,5]."  That would certainly include malabsorption of Iodine due to Celiac Disease with resultant Iodine Deficiency.       Wheatwacked, are you speaking of the use of potassium bromide and and azodicarbonamide as dough modifiers being controlling factor for what? Do you refer to celiac reactions to gluten or thyroid disease, kidney disease, GI cancers?
