I ordered the gene test today. I have had only the EMA ordered by my Doctor and it was negative but decided to try gluten-free to see if it helped. Well, 6 days later I notice a difference. So, I ordered the test to have some back-up if I get weak and want to cheat and also as more confirmation other than the positive diet response. I am also concered with a few of my kids who have symptoms similar to mine. Wow - that was long! My question - how long did it take to get the test and once mailed, how long did the results take to get?

For me, it took eight days between the time I ordered the test and the time Enterolab received the swabs with my cheek cells. After that, it took another 2 1/2 weeks to get the results.
