How likely is it that a company uses WBRO for their modified food starch? Should I completely stay away from it if it is not specified on the label? I have heard rumors that US companies are supposed to stay away from WBRO is this true?

In the US Modified Food Starch is generally derived from corn unless otherwise stated. If derived from wheat it must be listed as "modified food starch (wheat)". Barley, malt or rye would not be an option.

Thanks for the help! That's what I thought but some girl was freaking out about modified food starch the other day and it got me wondering...

I agree with Lisa. If wheat isn't listed, it's OK.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
