Wendy's French Fries

I called Wendy's about the french fries last night. The gentleman told me that there is not a demand for safe, uncontaminated french fries at his restaurant and I was the first that he has heard of. He told me if I could get others to email him and let him know that they are interested in Gluten free French fries, that he would personally go to bat for us at Wendy's Corp to see if they can make them safe for us Celiac's. Please email TJ Proctor if you are interested in Seeing Wendy's do this for us. Thanks.

Strange, the vast majority of Wendy's have dedicated fryers for their FFs. And the fries themselves are gluten-free. They aren't listed online as gluten-free because not ALL Wendy's have the dedicated fryers.

Very interesting! I have never had trouble with Wendy fries.

      Blood Test for Celiac wheat type matters?

      I'm not saying that some celiacs won't need it, but it should be done under a doctor's supervision because it can cause lots of problems in some people.

      I also noticed I get debilitating migraines when I smell gluten, wheat and its not taken seriously when it affects one in every way.Im still begging to properly be heard.I also noticed tolerance level is down the drain with age and life changes. I have been told by incompetent medical that im not celiac or that sensitive. Diagnosed in 1994 by gi biopsy gluten...

Iodate is reduced in the gastrointestinal tract and absorbed as iodide [2,5]."  That would certainly include malabsorption of Iodine due to Celiac Disease with resultant Iodine Deficiency.       Wheatwacked, are you speaking of the use of potassium bromide and and azodicarbonamide as dough modifiers being controlling factor for what? Do you refer to celiac reactions to gluten or thyroid disease, kidney disease, GI cancers?
