Thanks. My thirty years of trial and error had already led me to Colgate toothpaste, Ajax dish liquid, Softsoap, Speed Stick, and Irish Spring soap. No problems with Gel-Kam or Peroxyl rinse. I am likely one of the more sensitive beings on the planet though I see many of you here are in the same boat.

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
