Hi All,

My daughter is a gymnast and needs to have her hair curled in a ponytail for her meet. I need to use some products to hold the curls as she has straight hair. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Got 2 be freeze spray (a bit yellow aerosol can) will hold anything. I use it all the time for dance and theatre, it most definitely holds.

We use the garnier fructis products that come in a bright green bottle.

Going on a cruise next week and I’m a celiac. Bought a bottle of GliandinX. Should I just take two tablets per day as a precaution? Never tried this before!! Any help is appreciated!!

Good point, as thyroid conditions are more common in those with celiac disease: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/celiac-disease-amp-related-diseases-and-disorders/thyroid-pancreatic-disorders-and-celiac-disease/
