I am wondering if thai sticky rice (or sweet rice) is safe to eat? There is another name for it which is glutenous rice. But, sweet rice flour is safe to cook with. Can anybody help me?

It's perfectly safe. Naked rice, that is without any pre-packaged flavorings is safe to eat. Sweet rice, also known and glutinous rice is also perfectly safe. Don't let the name mislead you. In it's floured form, sweet rice flour is also called mochiko and is used a lot in Japanese cooking. It's great stuff too.

Hope that clarifies it all :)

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
