Gluten Free Foods Uk

Hi,

Could any one tell me where I could find a list of gluten free foods available in the UK ?

Thank - you very much

My problem is I am taking my son who is celiac, dairy free and soy free. He also has a food phobia. Last time we visited the UK he survived on popcorn and ribena for 2 weeks. We usually do not have a lot of down time to go to supermarket as this is a visit the relatives and none of them has gluten friendly houses. I did have the directory last time and it was almost useful, but that was before your ppm was reduced.

The new about Whole Foods is great.

Thanks

I don't think you will need any lists as the UK is pretty gluten-free friendly and food is available in most grocery stores there.

There is a new Whole Foods Market in London that is amazing and has a huge selection of gluten-free stuff. I can recommend a bread that is the best I have ever had....Genius gluten-free bread. I wish it were available here in the States because it really is the best I have had so far. I was just there on vacation and did not have any trouble finding gluten-free food and snacks....even the restaurants are doing gluten-free menu's. Not all, but I found many that did.

Sounds like fun, and I was in Germany a few years ago so you might find these articles helpful:

I don't think you have the URL/site address correct, as there is nothing at that site.

Hello All I am traveling to Germany in October and will be in Berlin, Rothenburg ODT , Salzburg, Fussen and Munich.  I am also driving the northern part of the romantic road with stops in some of the smaller towns along the way.  I would really appreciate any recommendations for gluten-free friendly places, restaurants and any gluten-free beer gardens.  Thanks in advance, Laura
