Emeril's Gluten-Free List... Amazing!

I'm sure some of you have seen this before, but his vodka sauce is the best in a jar I've ever had, and made from actual whole food ingredients so I thought I would share again:

I'm about to eat his salsa now, that's why I finally just checked. Even though I've been eating his vodka sauce for months now with no problem, because there are no artificial ingredients. But to maybe have a great BBQ sauce and chicken stock and ceasar dressing would be great. Oh and honey mustard! Seems so exciting to have so many possibilities!

Has anyone else had this stuff? :)

His chicken stock and beef stock are gluten-free and really good.

Thanks! I have only ever seen his pasta sauces and his "essence" seasoning in stores. After seeing that list, I'm going to keep an eye out for his ceasar dressing. That's the first bottled gluten-free ceasar I have seen that doesn't have dairy and doesn't have soy.

I recently contacted B&G Foods (the manufacturer for Emeril's Stocks) and thought I'd give an update on threads mentioning them so we can have more recent information available:

Dear Consumer,

The Emeril's Organic Chicken stock does not contain gluten.

However, Emeril's Organic Stocks are produced in facilities that contain wheat and gluten ingredients. While every precaution is taken to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that they do not contain trace amounts of these ingredients from other products that are manufactured within the same manufacturing facility.

Thanks for the tips! I will definitely be looking for those in the store. I might even be able to have them on my strict diet! Maybe the BF will like them too, hmm.

Just be aware, the info on this thread is several years old and brought current by a poster -  so be sure to check the ingredients as product change over the years.

Oh! Thanks Karen, I didn't even notice that! I'll definitely check the ingredients if I see the brand in the store.

I got very sick last night after I tried the Emerils Vodka sauce that is NOT guaranteed gluten free. I had it with Great Value Gluten free pasta and homemade meat balls with just hamburger salt and pepper with some fresh oregano.

Thanks for your response.  Everything you mentioned he is and has been doing.  Tobacco is not the same as nicotine.  Nicotine, in the form of a patch, does not cause gastrointestinal irritation.  Smoking does. He is not smoking.  Please do your research before stating false information. Dr. Paul Newhouse has been doing research on nicotine the last 40 years at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Im so frustrated and still getting the run around trying to reprove my celiac disease which my past primary ignored for 25 years.I understand that theres a ray of medical that doctors are limited too but not listening and telling the patient ( me) that im not as sensitive as I think and NOT celiac!Correction Mr white coat its not what I think but for cause and affect and past test that are not sticking in my medical records.I get sick violently with foods consumed, not eating the foods will show Im fabulous. After many blood draws and going through doctors I have the HLA- DQ2 positive which I read in a study that Iran conducted that the severity in celiac is in that gene.Im glutenfree and dealing with related issues which core issue of celiac isn't addressed. My skin, right eye, left leg diagestive issues affected. I have high blood pressure because im in pain.Im waisting my time on trying to reprove that Im celiac which is not a disease I want, but unfortunately have. It  has taken over my life personally and professionally. How do I stop getting medically gaslight and get the help needed to bounce back if I ever do bounce back to normal? I thought I was in good care with " celiac specialist " but in her eyes Im good.Im NOT.Sibo positive, IBS, Chronic Fatigue just to name a few and its all related to what I like to call a ghost disease ( celiac) since doctors don't seem to take it seriously.

@Martha Mitchell, your reaction to the lens implant with gluten sounds like it could be an allergic reaction rather than a celiac reaction. It is possible for a celiac to be also allergic to gluten as it is a protein component in wheat, barley and rye.

Scott I also have different symptoms than most people. It affects me bad. Stomach ache, headache, nauseous, heart racing, whole body shaking, can't walk then my throat starts to close. It attacks my nervous system. The only thing that saves me is a 1/2 of Xanax...it calms down my nervous system
