okay along with some other things happening recently i accidentally glutened myself with hair conditioner for 2 days about 3 days ago i realised and stopped using it but since i've had mucus coming out when i pass gas (TMI), its clear and doesn't smell much, but its worrying me, usually i recover quite quickly but when i accidentally glutened or soyed myself i never had mucus... i did before i went gluten-free... but 3 days later im still suffering and yesterday evening i had achey lower tummy, but was on the last day of my period so i put it down to that, but then had suddetn exhaustion, felt a little bit sick, had a fevery chill thing going on and had a very small loose stool, but after half an hours sleep i felt fine... Anyone know what the hell is going on? I'm sick of this actually. Please help.

You might have a GI bug. If you're really worried, head for the doctor!

yes, absolutely ^ mine co-incides with my allergies/head colds. then it goes away when my body stops making so much mucous. but, like skylark said ^ also, the only pain i had was 'normal' for me and when i had a cold, of course, all the yay fun stuff that goes along with a head cold.

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
