My daughter has been suffering from bad headaches, possibly migraines and I need to know what over the counter pain meds are gluten free? Does anyone know about Family Dollar or Walmart acetaminophen or ibuprofen brands? Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Do you use the liquid, chewables, tablets?? My daughter can't swallow pills yet so we would need to use liquid or chewables.

Are migraines /headaches common with Celiacs? My DD has been gluten-free for 15 months and has an increase in headaches over last 4-5 months.

We have migraines/headaches in both me and my husbands history so its probably genetic but was just wondering if anyones knows anything about it.

Mizzo- I'm not sure, my daughter has been gluten free for 17 months and the past few months her headaches/migraines have been continually getting worse too. Her dad has a history of migraines, but I have rarely ever had a headache. I'm making her an appointment to see a chiropractor to see if he can help figure out a cause. I'd be interested to know also if there is a link to celiac's and migraines.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
