"Sorry you got glutened?" Hah! I will make you sorry. With a blow by blow account of my gut wrenching pain and waves of nausea and chills while I WAIT for the inevitable puke fest to come.

Gee, I dont understand why my friends are blocking my news feeds?

I so hate gluten right now. It should just be banned. Forever. Argh. My guts hurt. Middle of the night is a lonely time to be sick....

Sorry you are feeling so bad right now. I think many of us can identify with lonely hours on the john in the middle of the night. You can feel free to post your misery here rather than on facebook. We understand but folks that don't deal with it really don't want to hear the gory details. Tell your friends that have blocked your news feeds that you are not going to post about it any longer on FB and come here instead.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Well, that was actually meant sort of tongue in cheek, but ok. ;)

I used to have a boss, when she was sick with a stomach virus, she would call you while she was in the bathroom.

I think you should Twitter, too! Let me know, I'll " follow" you.

I don't know that there is much worse than a bad glutening. Those without the problem really can't understand. I don't put it on my facebook though. <_<

I understood the sarcasm in your post. Some people just aren't sarcastic people, lol.

I just wanted to make sure you knew that someone understood your sarcasm.

Yes, @trents is right, ascorbic acid can be irritating.  Do you take it with food? Do you take other supplements or vitamins? Do you eat processed meats?   Is your diet high in carbohydrates?

Be careful with C supplementation. It's ascorbic "acid". Too much can cause stomach and gut irritation.
