Before I plop down $9 for a bread mix, exactly what is in this mix?

On the "Breads from Anna" site - select the product and it says down the bottom

Original Bread mix Ingredients:

Cornstarch, tapioca flour, powdered skim milk, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, sorghum flour, chia flour, crystallized honey, xanthan gum, sea salt and gluten free yeast.

Bread mix Ingredients:

Tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, millet flour, potato starch, chia flour, maple sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt, gluten free yeast.

All purpose flour blend

Tapioca flour, arrowroot, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, millet, chia flour, crystallized honey, xanthan gum, sea salt, cream of tartar and baking soda.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye.
