still reading on it, I'ma see if the local herb shop has any of that =D

-it is claimed to help with focus and mental clarity.

-Gotu kola may also help improve sleep and boost mood.

-It contains no caffeine, yet; it is used extensively to increase energy and vitality.

-With its effect on connective tissue great value is achieved with the synthesis of collagen, thickening of the skin (a great anti-aging property - as we age our skins become thinner)

seems fantastic dun it =o

I found it from: Open Original Shared Link

I'm not promoting that site or the product, I am just interested in Gotu Kola atm lol

I never heard of it either so had to look it up. Sounds like it has been around awhile in Oriental medicine. If you decide to try it make sure you don't have any of the stuff going on that contraindicates it's use.

Ha! That seems so interesting too, but the side affect are just not worth it at all!

It's like when you find a new brand of corn chips, then you read the label the ingredients say: Corn, water, salt, whatever....then in small print it says "may contain wheat".

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
