Yes, please, I hope so. Its strange, but pop tarts are on of the things I miss the most, and I didn't even eat them that frequently. Any ideas would be great!

I had contacted the makers of Envirokids cereals about that a while ago since they make so many gluten-free products to see if they were considering a gluten-free toaster pastry since they have a line of organic toaster pasties... and unfortunately their answer was that it was not feasible... darn. I was really hoping they would consider it since they seemed to be the most likely company to be able to do it. Maybe if we all right to Nature's Path and let them know that there would be a market for them if they would PLEASE reconsider!!!!

There use to be one that I bought all the time ~ but that was YEARS ago. I don't remember the brand now. :( I'm sorry!! Plus, I am not sure if they were gluten-free ~ I was only wheat free at the time. Didn't know about the celiac and gluten part yet. If I remember correctly, they were made from rice flour. IF I find them again, I will let you know!

This recipe is from here:

I haven't tried them, never been a pop-tart fan.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
