Have you had one before? I had an Endoscopy in early May I believe it was... Dr saw mild Gastritis before the biopsy found Celiac... so yes Gastritis can be there.. -

Where do you get Fiber from? that's not a healthy diet. Why would you not eat Fruit? and Vegetables -
I wanted to retire there... might drop dead before that time now though 🥴

well that went away... but I have some small muscle spasms mainly in my legs / calf area and feels like little ants pinching me sometimes... I talked with Azure, another member here and he said he experienced the same pinching sensations when he was diagnosed but all over his body.. -

I've heard H. Pylori can return or be hard to rid... I thought I had it initially -
this was a pretty good one.. she works at the local hospital and has other celiac clients as well... She had all my history from my Gastro dr... she said I should probably get all my vitamin and mineral levels tested but B12 was normal.. Iron was normal but towards the lower end of normal.. which I guess is why my Dr said to take a multi V with...

I know it can also mean some bile / liver issue.. but I had a Liver function test done like 2 months ago and it was normal functioning they said.....
