    How can they know when it started? I think its impossible to know that... I even asked my GI Doc that very same question.. he said its not possible to know when it activated.. Of course I think he's a bad Docor and am actually changing GI docs this morning to a very good local one... so maybe he's just wrong.. Personally i THINK mine started...

    i think 63 is actually too high... 20 - 50 i think is normal range.. But did he tell you WHY you were deficient?

I'm not even sure what my d level is yet.. because my stupid f'en gastro Dr refuses to order me a vitamin and mineral panel so now I need to wait until Sept 2 to see a nurse practitioner who can do it for me......

    anything packaged is unknown.. who would trust these people mass making supposed gluten free packaged food bryers vanilla gluten free ice cream is the only thing i currently trust 😝

    can anyone recommend a good easy healthy breakfast to make.. I've been only eating eggs and bananas for breakfast which i guess is not so good... I dont care if i only eat the same thing every morning as long as i know what to make and dont have to think about it before going out 😔

    still haven't had all my vitamins and mineral levels checked... only b12 and iron. i requested it be done by my gastro dr but they said doesnt do it and said go to a primary dr to do it.. what the hell???
