    About drywall, I would just like to say that I am in a class where there is major construction going on & the drywall dust & paint fumes are everywhere.     I hope you made that banana bread. That is one thing that always taste as good gluten-free as the regular. Well, there is also lemon bars, apple cake, carrot cake, pumpkin cupcakes, really anything with a fruit or dates, or mincemeat etc to hold in the moisture & give it a good texture - will turn out perfect...     When you are first gluten-free & trying to heal it is best to not eat any dairy, soy and very little to no grains. Have a lot of cooked fresh veggies, baked or boiled chicken, fish, salmon, eggs, cooked fruit if you are having problems with raw fruit. Maybe treat yourself occasionally to some organic white rice... skip the white potatoes & sub in sweet potatoes. & good for you for going dairy free, keep that up.
