  1. Lister- Thanks for the info, however I don't think I'll be picking up an illegal drug habit anytime soon. Richard- I know I know.......I sure DON'T want surgery. This is the first time it has ever really hurt like this. I really don't have a clue what I ate to flare it up. So far I'm just eating soft foods and taking some ibuprofen...
  2. Soooo my lovely diverticulitis is flaring up (I think). I have been in BIG pain for the last week. I'm pretty sure that is what is going on.....anyways.......I was curious what everyone else does to help sooth the pains. -Jessica

  8. Armetta-Ore-Ida is not one of the companies that has obvious glutens on their labels. They put out a gluten free list, which can be recieved by e-mail and snail mail.   10. Hillshire farms has some polish sausage and some sausage with cheese in it that are pretty good. They go well on the grill. I also put burgers, chicken, steaks, make kabobs. Fruit on the grill like pineapple and strawberries.........veggies there are SO many options. -Jessica

  12. Use the grocery store ad to plan your meals for the week. Use the products that are on sale to make your meals. Don't let leftovers go to waste. If you can't eat them before they go bad, put them into gladware containers in the freezer labeled with the name of the food and the date that you froze it.
