    Rusla ... is the conference being held at the Empress? A nurses conference??? I have a Celiac friend in Trail who is going to a conference there! She's an OR nurse. In fact I just had coffee with her today in Trail. Victoria is beautiful, you will not want to go back for sure But you will enjoy the three days!

    Hello everyone, I spent the day in Trail today. We had the van serviced, and it was a good excuse to spend that gift certificate that our youngest daughter gave me for Christmas. So I'm a proud owner of two new pair of jeans and two cute blouses that will look perfect in the dog show ring. Maybe if I dress up, Sheba will think she is with another handler...

    Rusla!!! It's so great to see you I haven't been to Victoria in a couple of years now, and when I was there either Mert's cousin did the cooking, or my Celiac daughter. So not much help. Was having ice cream Sundaes at Dairy Queen though Are you going for holiday, or moving there?

    Hi all; I see I missed yesterday. Some days it's hard to get on long enough to post as we only have one phone line. The phone has been very busy lately. We spent today in town.     Wow, a new puppy is always exciting! And Bree will learn to love it, although you will want to supervise them for awhile.     Hello Kevin; I too claim mine on income tax. We get ours done at H&R Block, but I make up the Celiac tax summary chart. You need a letter from your doctor saying that you have Celiac the first year. After that it stays in your file. If you want a sample of the summary chart PM me with an email address and I'll send you one.

    You also have to check any meds you may be taking. People on anti-inflammatories, and many other meds will not be good. But, if you are otherwise healthy and a proper weight, go for it! It's a great thing to do
