    I just got a fantastic list of gluten free foods from Disney. If you email Brenda.Bennett@Disney.com she will answer quickly. The lists include the four parks, a water park and the resorts. It was very helpful.

    I am so glad to read about everyone's great experiences at Disney! I will be there this June for a week, and frankly was a little worried about the food.     I haven't taken the benefiber or MOM since Friday when I had the cramping/D problem. I also have not gone to the BR since Friday. Something's got to give. I may tray the flax seed.     Hi all, I take benefiber. The container says it is Wheat Dextrin. Gluten Free (less than 10ppm gluten). What does this mean? PPM - I'm guessing it's parts per million? I guess my real question is how many ppm's are safe to eat? Does anyone know how it's calculated? It kind of bothers me to be drinking wheat dextrin, but I need some sort of fiber...

    Same here. I've never had back acne, but now at 42 I do and it itches! Speaking of itching: A year ago when things got really bad for me, my inner ears started itching and it hasn't gone away. It drives me crazy. Does anyone know if this could be gluten related?

    Mine was sent out the day after I ordered and I had it within 3 days. Mailman left it on my porch. They received it back one week after I ordered it. And the results took exactly 2 weeks to get.     Hi. You know, I don't believe I have GERD/heartburn. Never have had a burning sensation. I had an upper GI that showed a "little reflux" last January. I was on zegerid for a month, nausea and the lumps/discomfort only got worse. New dr. says it's gastritis causing nausea and muscle spasms in my back (for over a year now!) for which I am on Cymbalta....

    Hi Just curious what's with our insurance companies that having an official dx is not a good idea? I am being tested now through EnterLab and depending on those results was going to take it to the Doc. To try to get rid of (I believe) the bogus dx he's given me - IBS/gastritis.
