  2. I was shocked to learn at lunch today that Texas Roadhouse coats all baked potatoes and baked sweet potatoes in bacon fat before baking (by store manager). The manager said this is standard procedure for all Texas Roadhouses. I knew something tasted funny on them and why I sometimes have problems with them . I thought this info was good to pass along...

    I have had some really good experiences at Red Lobster, especially in OKC! But I always show them my card, go early to avoid crowds, and get the steamed crab, veggies, baked potato with no seasonings or butter. They seem to do a pretty good job!

  6. The Head Country BBQ that I have seen in the stores says gluten free on the label. It does have distilled vinegar if you have problems with that (I know some celiacs can't have vinegar), otherwise you should be safe.

  8. I'm 22 and have celiac, but have been on a gluten-free diet for almost 4 years and just had a bone density test today. my numbers were -1.7, -1.7, and -2.1 so I definitely have osteopenia.
