    Oh i agree i dont think it is all from the water, but i wonder if it is part of the burden. I just cant wait for this is all over and i can do the metal hair analyzes, i figured it would not be a good time to do it with all of the water problems.     From what i have read, you are supposed to have a small dose of chlorine in the water, some places have more then others. That is what keeps the water safe. Of course the amounts they are putting in here now, well in parts of my town, is lots higher. I am going crazy, i thought i was going to be ok with all of this. But now im freaking out really bad....

    Ok i felt i should bump this up since donna is sick. Im thinking of straying a little myself to bare minerals.     I never knew it came in powder form, can you take it back and get the pills. I take mine at 4 am and it works great. The bad thing is it makes me go to the bathroom while im exercising at 6 am lol paula

    Hubby is going to look for spring water before he comes home today. So what supplements shoud i take?     I was just thinking about that. it says it does not hurt not to have those minerals, but im sure that is in 100 percent healthy person, and we are not that lol. It is steam distilled, so i guess that will not do me any longer term help, just help now with the salmonella. Ughhhh paula

    Today i mixed mojave and plum dust and it gave me a great looking blush that im in love with. Yesterday i used plum dust as an eye shadow and it was very very pretty.     Ok i just had an idea. Do you think my malabsorption could of been higher cause of the bacteria in the water. That maybe the water had been contaimated longer then they think and that when these people went to the dr they said it was stomach flu when in actuality it was this bacteria(they have not confirmed its salmonella). paula
