    He didnt give us the option of the blood test due to his symptoms. SInce he wants to test him for everything from dust to food to chemicals. I wished he had let us do the blood test, but i guess it is best to test for everything all at once, instead of doing blood then having to do the skin test later. i told my husband he has to go with him, i will pass...

    He has to do the skin test. The dr said it will take 2-3 sessions for 3 hours each to test him for everything. His first appt is next friday. Has anyone had their kids skin tested and if so were they in lots of pain after. paula

    I had the same problem looking at my test results in a regualr email, they had cut off the normal ranges, all it said was normal, so when i read my results i was like cool im normal, then when i went to look at them at enterolab site, it showed i was far from normal lol. I would put that bb on gluten and casein free asap, the reason he had no malabsorption...

    That is very interesting to know. my mom never had symptoms until she gave up cigarrettes 2 years ago, right after she did she couldnt drink milk anymore. Now she is realizing she cant have any wheat problems and that she has not been able to for 2 years, but she never knew about celiac until now.     Glad you are ok, did he put you on bedrest for the rest of the pregnancy. I had spotting with my second son, and it was due to my unblical cord ripped, so i was on bedrest for about 6 weeks. That was so hard with 2 other kids in the house. Take it easy. paula

    Well from someone who had a postive blood work and no celiac gene, i know not all of the celiac genes have been found. paula

But I also got an email from the manager of the database for the denver chapter and she said they were doing an picnic also. But that was all the information that she gave me.     Well yesterday i was watching oprah and she had dr oz on, and he said if u have sinus trouble you should use a peti pot every day. He also said sinus trouble comes from intestine troubles. He didnt mention celiac and sinus, but it makes since now why i had so many sinus infections.. I am looking today online on were to buy 2, one for me and one for hubby...

    My step-son has an appt for wednesday with the allergy dr, we have waited 3 months for this appt. Last yr he had an irritant in his nose, and now with being celiac, we wanted him tested for other allergies. Has anyone gone to one, what all they need to know. If he is tested for wheat, oats, rye and barley, will these test come back postiive since he is celiac...

    I am actually feeling so much better then i have ever felt in a long time. Yes i have my bad days when i miss up and get cc, but for the most part i feel awesome. Even today my mom was telling me it is so nice that i go out and do things as a family. I never noticed how i had been staying away from functions due to not knowing what was wrong with me. But...

    Im going to miss tommorow night, weill someone tell me how well they sing tommorow, so when i do get home i can vote for the best lol. My stepson graduates from jr high tommorow so i will be there til about 8 or 9. But i still want to vote lol paula
