    got some gouda cheese from IGA sobeys deli processed gouda cheese, not sure if there is gluten or soy in it. phoned sobys and they were no help whatso ever, anyone here know? its processed so it makes me wonder. thanks so much

    hi, i can totally understand, i get rashes on my back, my thighs and i get the symetrical thing going on my hands and wrists and it drives me nuts, i dont think its accuall DH but if i get glutened it acts up, i am discovering some other allergies as well, soy, and possilby dairy. i have to start looking into my soaps now as well. good luck!!

    i will no longer eat mcdo fries as the last time that i did, within 20 min it felt like a razor going through my stomach and i had gas all afternoon. it takes one kid in a rush not cleaning something right, or someone frying the wrong thing in there on a busy day to screw it all up. its a shame cause their are workers in mcdo who really do try and be carefull...

    ah yes i too have found since going gluten-free that i know seem to be having a problem with dairy, mostly ice cream, sour cream, cheeze, the heavy stuff, but i can handle salad dressings and yogurt so i use lactaid again and we will see how that goes. GOOD LUCK!!

    oh im soooo avoiding ff's after the last time i had them at mcdonalds and got sick (they are not gluten free looked on the website) the only place i will eat fries now is New York Fries, cause its all they make there and they use sunflower oil for frying no additives. never thought about condiments though. will stick with the baked potatoe.

    wow, i allways get round areas of peeling as well that look like a bunch of little blisters popped. i have a couple of blisters on my hands only a couple times. well at least i know im not going crazy!

    hi, this will sound a little silly, but go to your local ER or docter and ask for some latex free gloves. i have a box and i wear them when i have to make the kids their lunches or do any major touching of gluten foods or products. mine are bright blue, i love to tease my husband when im wearing them. hope this helps, GOOD LUCK

    hi i fereeze my stuff and just take it out and toast it when i need to, if you get a chance to go to edmonton or no some one there they make the best fresh baked goods. there banana loafs are awsome, my hubby will even eat it.

    yup im a pro at peeing on a stick so i would love this. i wont have a biopsy as im not getting sick for 4 months again. i see my doc at the end of the month with my gluten challenge journal so we will see how that goes, ill be mentioning the rash to him as the dermatoligist told me it was "allergy related" um no kidding!

    it starts on the palm of my hands, i get no blisters of any kind, more like a round circle (wheels) it spreads through my fingers to the other side of my hand and on my knuckles, they are very dry, and i do get what looks like peeling. after a few days of this they do get shiney. on my feet it will start on the bottom of my feet, swelling and red, no blisters...
