when i was pregnant with my 4th i accually had a period, i was over 8 weeks prego when i finally found out becuase i had had the bleeding. she is a perfectly normal and at times crazy 18 month old. keep us posted. -

i take solice in the fact that the people who win dont generally do well with their careers. but the 3rd and 4th placers do, i will buy la kisha's and melinda's albums long before blake or jordins. and i know im not the only person out there that feels this way. -
skateboarding is awsome! u dont have to run just an example. there is lots of cardio stuff that you can do other than running. GOOD LUCK!!

hi there, it sounds like you may have over done it a bit, and i find that when i work out a lot that i pass gas as well, if you want the abs you have to do cardio, im a runner as well as weight lifting to strenthen my legs. i do crunches with my feet flat out in front of me on the floor, as well as side one. also if you put some small leg weights on you...

my results from enterolab on the IgA response were 9, i talked to enterolab as i have DQ8,5 and she said that im on my way to testing positive if i continue to consume gluten in a year from now i probably would, since i am having a great responce to the diet the nurse told me to keep on it and never go back. -

hi there, does she have hives or DH. i get hives as im allergic to soy, maybe she has some other intolerances now brought on by the celiac, there are some people here that know more about how that happens then i do. but it sounds like allergies to me. i have a special cream made up from my doc that has menthol in it so its cooling at the same time, works... -

hi there, peanut butter, and avacodos, peanuts are very high in fat, not so much protein as everyone likes to believe but lots of fat. other than that she will probably put on weight when she is getting healthy again so patience. good luck -

hi there, im soooo sorry to here that your inlaws are that way. it make take a few days for everything to start reacting. i did a 7 day gluten challenge and i was eating tons of glutened products and i didnt feel great at first but it took about 6 days for the full effect to really kick in so be patient if you are only adding in a little here and there... -

well my blood pressure wasnt helped by the fact that i had not ate anything yet so i would be fasting, i wasnt to thrilled with the emerg doc she seemed to think that anything under 10(185) and over 3.5(63) was normal. so i will still get in to see my doc he is much better and listens well. -

hi, thanks i will amazon.ca that book, i can handle dairy as long as i take lactaid, cant have soy, i went to the health food store and ordered some protein shakes as well, that ill water down with milk, but for those times that you just dont feel like eating protein. we travel quite a bit so theyll be good for that as well. -

hi, so i went to the ER this morning and the doc their said that its hypoglycemia. i need to add more protien to my diet to offset all the refined carbs u eat on the gluten-free diet. she said all my readings are in the normal level but i do dive down quickly and thats when i feel crappy. and she said to cut back on the carbs. any good books out there... -

hi yup, i was at 135 at 4:30 pm, and at supper an hour later i was down to 102, had my steak and salad with vinager oil dressing and my levels have stayed the same all night, no ups or downs, feeling much better tonight. so we'll see what the doc says tomorow. i just hope they will listen. thanks night everyone
