    I was one of those underweight, ate a ton of food a day celiacs. So I was 5'8'' and down to 105 lbs at one point. Now, once I went totally gluten free, I gained 20 lbs INSTANLY, like almost overnight. The next 20 lbs crept up on me, and now I'm starting to exceed THAT. It's hard to fight it though, because I hated being skinny so much and I LOVE being squishy...

    I need some advice from you guys! One of my old amalgam fillings started to fall apart a bit ago. Does anyone think that qualifies as an 'emergency' (doesn't hurt at all)?     They probly have a logarithm that detects keywords on the page and finds ads that are pertinent.

    If you go to the Red Mill website they'll have a lot of recipes.

    I have succesfully taken every recipe that calls for brown rice flour and used sorghum instead.

    So it's not a yeast recipe? In that case, it doesn't need anywhere near as much 'rise time', it will do most of it's rising in the baking process. Yeast recipes need rise time, then bake. So try the express bakes function with this bread.

    Try using a recipe that has a bit of flax meal in it. I find it helps hold things up. This was a yeast bread recipe?

    There's always honey. I'd use 3/4 cup honey and add a 1/4 cup of flour somewhere.

    I'm sorry you all had such a bad day. I wish it were easier for people to deal with family that is mean. My boyfriend's grandmother still doesn't get it and sends pie home with him and stuff, but my family is amazing. I wish I could share them. If anyone comes to Ct I'll cook for ya!! Even eggs benedict (though I don't know how to make that, I'll learn!)

    What you may have learned by now is that a skin biopsy that shows positive for Dermatitis Herpetiformis is a reliable, 'gold standard' test. In fact, if you hve this biopsy come back positive, further tests are unnecessary.
